Planting the Seed
Fit2Shine Studio brings “Peace, Energy & Joy” to Frederick through Cycle, Yoga, Strength, and Dance, yet their social feeds weren’t reflecting that unified vibe.
The goal was to create a consistent look and messaging that truly embodies the studio’s promise, and makes every member—new or seasoned—feel welcome and energized.
Tending the Roots
Getting Grounded
I reviewed Fit2Shine’s existing Instagram and Facebook content to identify opportunities around visual consistency, messaging, and engagement. I also identified key recurring content themes, including “Meet Our Coaches” instructor spotlights, special events, member kudos, “Warriors Within” testimonials, “Wednesday Wisdom” blog shares, and “Motivational Monday” quotes.
Bringing the Brand to Life
I designed Facebook and Instagram templates using Fit2Shine’s signature blue and orange palette to reflect the studio’s upbeat, inclusive spirit. I also helped establish a consistent voice centered around “Peace, Energy & Joy” and #befit2shine, creating a friendly and approachable foundation for future content.
Creating a Content Flow
While Fit2Shine already had a content calendar in progress, keeping up with the weekly demand for planning, creating, and scheduling content had become a challenge. I mapped out a consistent weekly content schedule, from “Motivational Mondays” to special event features, and collaborated through an established Google Sheet to plan upcoming events, draft captions, organize content, and streamline the approval process.
Watching It Blossom
With a refreshed look and a little strategic planning, Fit2Shine found a renewed sense of energy and clarity across its digital presence. From cohesive visuals to intentional content, the work helped bring its “Peace, Energy & Joy” promise to life and create a more engaging experience for its community.
Since this project, Fit2Shine has entered a new chapter under new ownership and is now known as Green Haven on Main.
