A New Beginning, Rooted in Purpose
Sometimes, life takes you in a direction you never expected. After more than 10 years in marketing and communications, I found myself at a crossroads. I had lost my job, my health was becoming increasingly difficult to manage, and I knew something needed to change. Instead of rushing into the next opportunity, I stepped back to focus on myself and figure out what I wanted the next chapter of my life to look like.
Around that time, I noticed a hibiscus blooming in my garden. Something about it stuck with me. It became a symbol of new beginnings and untapped potential, a reminder that even when life doesn't go according to plan, there's still room for something new to grow.
That idea became part of the foundation for Loubelle Communications.
Growing at My Own Pace
Living with chronic illness has changed the way I think about work, success, and what it means to grow. I've learned that progress doesn't always happen on a predictable timeline, that flexibility matters, and that doing things differently doesn't mean doing them wrong.
Starting my own business let me build a different kind of working life, one with more flexibility, room to prioritize my health, and the freedom to work at a pace that works for me.
It's also shaped how I approach marketing. I understand what it's like to have big ideas and limited resources, to wear too many hats, and to feel like you're constantly trying to keep up with what everyone says you should be doing.
That's why I believe marketing should work for you, not the other way around.
