The story behind the brand

Hi, I'm Lindsey
I’ve spent more than 15 years working in marketing and communications, helping organizations turn ideas into brands, campaigns, websites, and stories that really connect with people.
For a long time, I thought I had a pretty good idea of where my career was headed, and that plan went right out the window.
When everything changed
2025 was the year I had to take a hard look at what I wanted my work and life to look like.
After years of working in traditional marketing roles, I was navigating a growing list of health challenges and realizing that the way I had been working simply wasn't sustainable anymore.
I needed flexibility. I needed work that felt meaningful. And, more importantly, I needed to build something that could work with my life instead of constantly asking me to work against it.

An Idea Takes Root
I'm humble to admit that Loubelle wasn't born from a five-year business plan or a perfectly polished entrepreneurial roadmap. It was born from necessity, creativity, and a belief that there had to be another way.
I wanted to create a business where I could use the things I've always loved—strategy, problem-solving, and creativity—while helping other businesses make sense of their own marketing.
The name Loubelle carries a piece of that story, too. It's personal, but it's also a reminder of what I wanted this business to represent: strength, resilience, and the belief that beauty and perseverance can walk hand in hand.

Bringing Loubelle to Life
What started as a pipe dream has grown into something I’m incredibly proud to have built, a business that gives me flexibility while allowing me to do work that genuinely matters.
Today, Loubelle provides flexible, hands-on marketing support for small businesses, non-profits, and agencies. Whether I’m helping a business bring its marketing to life or stepping behind the scenes to support an existing team, I bring a broad range of experience and an approach that is both practical and collaborative. I enjoy solving problems, connecting the pieces, and turning ideas into something tangible while making the process as seamless as possible for the people I work with.
Meaningful work doesn't have to come at the expense of having a meaningful life. Loubelle was built to prove that both can exist, and that sometimes, the best things grow when you give yourself permission to do things differently.
