Let's create together

A look at how things flow around here

Planting the seed

Every great project starts with strong roots. Once the proposal is approved and your deposit is received (if applicable), we’ll officially begin planting the seed. From there, I’ll gather any materials I need, set up timelines, and schedule our first weekly check-in.

This phase is all about setting the foundation, so everything we grow together is aligned, intentional, and ready to bloom.

Keeping the buzz going

Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST, and I do my best to respond within one business day. To keep things flowing steadily, I kindly ask that messages stay focused on project-related needs.

While I truly value connection, frequent personal updates can sometimes disrupt the rhythm of the work. Let’s keep the buzz balanced, collaborative, clear, and moving toward beautiful results.

Tea time

One 30-minute check-in per week is included and can be booked at your convenience through Calendly. Additional meetings may be scheduled based on the project’s scope or urgency.

Out-of-the-blue calls or unscheduled meetings aren’t guaranteed. Think of this space like a cozy tea table: warm, intentional, and best enjoyed with a little notice!

Seeded with intention

Every project begins with a thoughtfully planted plan. This section outlines what’s included, your creative seed packet, so to speak. From deliverables and timelines to what’s blooming (and what’s not), it’s all rooted in clarity.

If something new sprouts up along the way, I’m happy to discuss it and create a fresh quote or proposal as needed. Beautiful things grow best when we start with shared expectations.

Invoicing.jpg

The harvest

Invoices are issued via QuickBooks and typically follow end-of-month or upon-receipt terms. Timely payment helps keep things blooming—late payments may pause progress, and a 2% fee applies after 7 days.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and PayPal. Mailed checks aren’t accepted (they tend to wander off like wildflowers).

The birdhouse rules

You're hiring a creative partner, not a full-time employee. Our time together is purposeful and focused. Once the agreed-upon deliverables are completed, the project is considered wrapped. If new ideas or revisions bloom beyond the original scope, we’ll revisit the agreement and outline next steps with care.

Rooted in respect

At Loubelle Communications, I believe beautiful work begins with mutual respect, clear communication, and a shared sense of purpose. To keep our creative partnership blooming, here’s what helps things run smoothly:

  • Scheduling: Meetings are set through Calendly. One check-in per week is included; additional check-ins depend on availability and project flow.

  • Communication: Slack or email is best for keeping everything organized and on track. I reply within one business day, and I kindly ask that messages stay focused on the project—we’re building something great, not putting out fires at midnight!

  • Scope and requests: Your proposal outlines what’s included. If something new sprouts up, I’m happy to provide a fresh quote. Rush fees may apply for tight deadlines.

  • Billing: Invoices are sent via QuickBooks and are due by the date listed. Any outside tools or platforms (like Canva or hosting) are yours to cover.

  • Mutual Care: This is a collaboration built on trust. I’ll treat your work with intention, and I ask the same in return. If the project ever shifts out of alignment, I’ll communicate openly and may step away with care, notice, and an invoice for completed work.

Bouquet of deliverables

Final Files.jpg

Once the final balance is received, your full brand bouquet will be delivered, complete with all approved files, ready to shine. Ownership applies to the final, approved designs; unused concepts and drafts remain part of the creative process.

Like what you see?

If these principles feel aligned, you’re in the right garden. Let’s get growing.
