Let’s Create Together

A look at how things flow around here

  • A simple drawing of a small potted plant with two leaves next to a gardening trowel.

    Planting the Seed

Every great project starts with strong roots. Once the proposal is approved and your deposit is received (if applicable), we’ll officially begin planting the seed. From there, I’ll gather any materials I need, set up timelines, and schedule our first weekly check-in.

  • Three simple, cartoon-style bees with striped bodies and two wings each, flying in different directions on a light background with a playful charm.

    Keep the Buzz Going

Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST, and I do my best to respond within one business day. To keep things flowing steadily, I kindly ask that messages stay focused on project-related needs.

  • Simple illustration of a gray watering can with a handle on top and a spout with holes for pouring water.

    Tending the Garden

I offer one 15-minute check-in per week, which you can book at your convenience via Microsoft Bookings. Additional meetings may be scheduled based on the project’s scope or urgency.

  • An open packet labeled Seeds with a leaf icon and seeds pouring out, symbolizing the growth of business efficiency.

    Seeded with Intention

Every project begins with a thoughtfully planted plan. This section outlines what’s included, your creative seed packet, so to speak. From deliverables and timelines to what’s blooming (and what’s not), it’s all rooted in clarity.

    The Harvest

Invoices are issued via QuickBooks and typically follow end-of-month or upon-receipt terms. Timely payment helps keep things blooming. Late payments may pause progress, and a fee could apply.

  • A simple blue-gray birdhouse with a round entrance sits amid illustrated flowers and leaves.

    The Birdhouse Rules

You're hiring a creative partner, not a full-time employee. Our work together is focused and purposeful. Once the deliverables are complete, the project is wrapped up. Anything beyond the original scope just means a quick conversation about next steps.

  • Simple illustration of a branching tree root system, with multiple thick and thin roots spreading outwards on a light background.

    Rooted in Respect

Beautiful work begins with mutual respect and clear communication. Meetings are scheduled via Microsoft Teams, with one weekly check-in. Slack or email is best, and I reply within one business day. Your proposal outlines the scope; anything beyond it requires a fresh quote. Outside tools are yours to cover. This is a collaboration built on trust, and if anything ever shifts, I'll communicate openly and with care.

  • Simple line drawing of a bouquet of wildflowers tied with a bow, featuring various flower shapes and stems.

    Final Deliverables

Once the final balance is received, your full brand bouquet will be delivered, complete with all approved files, ready to shine. Ownership applies to the final, approved designs; unused concepts and drafts remain part of the creative process.
